はじめに / Introduction

株式会社ReFlow（以下「当社」）は、BreatheFreeアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律およびその他の関連法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。

ReFlow Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BreatheFree app.

• 禁煙開始日 / Quit date
• 1日の喫煙本数 / Cigarettes per day
• たばこの価格情報 / Cigarette price information
• 通貨設定 / Currency settings

任意情報 / Optional Information

• 年齢 / Age
• 性別 / Gender
• 日記エントリー（気分、渇望レベル、メモ） / Diary entries (mood, craving level, notes)
• 呼吸エクササイズの使用履歴 / Breathing exercise usage history

自動収集情報 / Automatically Collected Information

• アプリの設定情報（言語、テーマ、通知設定） / App settings (language, theme, notifications)
• 匿名化された統計データ / Anonymized statistical data
• デバイスの種類、OSバージョン（障害対応目的） / Device type, OS version (for troubleshooting)

広告関連情報 / Advertising-Related Information

本アプリは Google AdMob を使用して広告を配信しています。AdMob は、広告表示のために広告識別子およびアプリ使用状況データを収集する場合があります。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

• 節約金額・健康回復の計算 / Calculating money saved and health recovery
• パーソナライズされた禁煙サポートの提供 / Providing personalized quit-smoking support
• 通知機能の提供 / Providing notifications
• 広告配信および広告のパーソナライズ / Ad delivery and personalization
• アプリの改善とバグ修正 / Improving the app and fixing bugs
• カスタマーサポートの提供 / Providing customer support

3. 情報の保存場所 / Where Information is Stored

お客様のデータは、原則としてお使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーにお客様の個人データが送信されることはありません。

Your data is stored only on your device by default. No personal data is transmitted to our servers.

4. 第三者への情報提供 / Information Sharing

当社は、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合、または事業承継の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。当社は、お客様の個人情報を販売・貸与することは一切ありません。

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, to protect life or property, or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell or rent your personal information.

5. データセキュリティ / Data Security

• データのローカル保存による外部漏洩リスクの最小化 / Local storage minimizes external exposure
• 端末の標準的な暗号化機能の活用 / Standard device encryption
• セキュリティ脆弱性への継続的な対応 / Ongoing security updates

6. お客様の権利 / Your Rights

• 開示請求権 / Right to Access: 保有する個人情報の開示を請求できます。
• 訂正・削除請求権 / Right to Correction/Deletion: 個人情報の訂正・削除を請求できます。
• 利用停止請求権 / Right to Restrict Processing: 個人情報の利用停止を請求できます。
• 広告オプトアウト / Ad Opt-Out: デバイスの設定から広告のパーソナライズを無効にできます。

7. データの削除 / Data Deletion

• アプリ内 / In-App: 設定画面の「データをリセット」でデータを削除できます。
• アンインストール / Uninstall: アプリを削除すると端末内のデータが自動削除されます。

8. 未成年者のプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは18歳未満の方を対象としたものではありません。当社は18歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. 本ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

法令改正やサービス変更により本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内で通知します。変更後も継続利用した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
